The data described the consumer durables purchased in Britain from 1972 to 1983.
From the given data, the main household things named as televisions, vacuum cleaner and refrigerator were owned in high percentages among all years. Moreover, they consumed less money for buying the video and dishwasher.
Therefore, The huge amount of percentage around the TV. It was above ninety percentage in the year of 1972. and increased upto just below hundred percentage in the year of 1983. However, as far as vacuum cleaner and Fridge is concerned. The percentage was 87% and 73% respectively , in the early years of 70% . In addition to it, the phone owned percentage was just above 40 in 1972. and rose upto 77% by the year of 1983.
Furthermore, central heating was consumed only at 3% of total in 1972 but then there was a huge jump in numbers that was rose upto above 60 by the year of 1983. Thus, the video was owned by households in one year only that was in the year of 1983 which was 18% and Finally, dishwasher percentage remained under 5% only.
