It is none other than swimming and I do this since my childhood, during that golden time period I used to enjoy it in a lake because I had been living in a country side area. Where you do it? However, nowadays, I do swimming in a pool just mainly owning to recently we moved in a city so, there are not lakes and rivers as a village. The bottom line is that, why I do this, first of all I started it as leisure but now I got my time in this because it helps me to burn calories as well as it boosts my stamina, so as it I am not solely able to do swimming for a long time but also can do other activities without getting exhausted. Who you do it with? Well, mostly I do swimming with my friends because we play a number of activities while swimming because it should not be only for pastime, rather people should enjoy it, even it has been found that, swimming is the best therapy for every individuals who is stressed out in his life.
