Describe a daily routine that you enjoy.
General line – Maintaining body fitness should be the part of daily routine because it helps people to get rid of diseases and live a healthy life style. Today, I have got this privilege(chance) to unveil(reveal) about a particular routine of mine that I enjoy a lot.
What it is?
It is doing physical activity on daily basis. Well I am into it from last two years. Earlier I used to be victim of obesity.But when I started doing workout my body got in healthy shape. Well, I lost at least 10 kilograms body weight within 3 months by being disciplined. To be honest, I started it as leisure activity but now I got my time in this.
Explain why you enjoy it?
And now I am so much addicted of doing workout because it not only keeps me physically fit but mentally too. Whenever, I do heavy workout various chemical gets stimulate in my brain which make me feel happier and less anxious. So at any cost I cannot quit this daily routine.

Moreover, mostly, I do this with my best friend whose name is Nikhil, in the morning because at that time my body feels energetic and non exhausted. If by chance I miss working out in the morning, then I go for it in the evening just mainly owning I have to be disciplined if I really want to stay fit as fiddle.
