General line – Nowadays, tremendous(here: number of) diseases have been emerging. So, everyone should have an healthy routine, in order to be fit. Today I have got this privilege(opportunity) to unveil(reveal) about a particular pursuit(activity) that I do to maintain my body fitness.
1-what you do?
It is nothing other than swimming and I am doing this since my childhood. During my childhood, I used to enjoy it in a lake because I had been living in a country side area.
Where you do it?
However, nowadays, I am do swimming in a pool just mainly owning to recently we moved in a city. So, there are no lakes and rivers as in a village. The bottom line is that, why I do this, first of all I started it as a leisure activity. But then I realized that swimming is very beneficial for my physical as well as mental fitness. It helps me to burn calories and boosts my stamina.
Who you do it with?
Well, mostly I do swimming with my friends because we play a number of activities while swimming. So, that we can spend a quality time together. Even it has been found that, swimming is the best therapy for every individuals who is stressed out in his life.
Conclusion: Eventually, I would like to say that it was all about a pursuit that I do for enjoyment and fitness simultaneously.
