21th century also known as the contemporary era. The way many individuals interact each other changed because of the technology nowadays. This essay will firstly discuss about how technology has affected the relationships people make such as, talking with our loved ones who live for away and staying connected with our friends through call or messages. Secondly, this essay will discuss talk about the positive development of technology such as, connecting people all over the world and help in keeping our loved one close through technology.

This modern era has brought a lot of new changes for us. One of the biggest changes would be in the advancement of technology. Due to technology the way of interacting with people has changed. Now individuals can easily talk with their loved ones who live far away from them. Technology plays a crucial role reducing the gap of distance among people. Individual can keep in check with their friend through texting or video call. Technology helps to maintain the connection among people even when they are not physically present. For example, a survey was conducted by Harvard University in 2019 which stated that about 30% to 60% people opt to use technology just to stay connected with their loved one.
