Initially, the process starts with the storage of raw material and manufactured components. Further, the producing plaining stage gets the stored material and designing information from product research unit, simultaneously. After that assembly and unspection steps are take place for good manufacturing. Moreover, after testing step, packaging has been done to the goods. From packaging unit good are moved to dispatch unit. Finally, the goods are distributes for sales.
The feedback system is taken place at certain stages. Firstly, sales unit provides the feedback to production plaining unit and further, production planning informs the storage for changes in raw materials and components. Meanwhile, market research has duty to provide the feedback to packaging, advertising and designing units. Also, the testing units provides the feedback design unit for adjustments.
