Introductory Statement:
Industrialization play a vital role in increasing manufacturing of food and drink production many products contain high levels of sugar in manufactured food and drink which causes many health problems. Products should be made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar. This essay completely agree that sugary products should be made costly so the consumption would be less. Firstly, this essay discuss about the health problems like obesity,diabetes and blood pressure problems due to sugary products. Then secondly, it will discuss about method to encourage people to consume less sugar.
Body Paragraph 1:
Most of the individual like to consume eatables which contains high levels of sugar. Due to these sugary products many health problems are increasing such as obesity and diabetes. Almost all individuals are suffering from obesity and diabetes. Moreover, the manufacturing sugary products contains artificial colors and flavor which harm our vital organs. The harmful substances sometimes lead to serious health issues like blood pressure or it may affect our kidney and heart two. For example, a reason conducted by Delhi University in 2019 which shows that about 25% to 38% are suffering from obesity and diabetes due to the consumption of manufactured products.
Body Paragraph 2:
The manufacturing of sugary products are increasing at a very high rate. The main cause of rising consumption is due to cheaper price of these products. If government impose high level tax rate on sugary products then it many encourage people to consume less sugar. Because of it, an average person would hesitate to buy expensive sugary food. It will gradually decrease the supply manufacturing products and study will less consume these products. For example, a study was conducted by health department of India in 2019 which states that 10% to 15% increase in sugary product can decrease the supply these products up to 17%.
Conclusion:
At the end it is concluded that, the manufacturing of food and drink should be discouraged. As these products consist high levels of harmful substances which cause services health issues. Furthermore, increasing rate of sugary products will gradually decrease its consumption.
