21th century is known as the era of modern science. With the growing number of health problems, people are trying medicines alternative and treatments instead of going to their usual doctor. This essay believes that it is a negative development. Firstly, this essay will discuss about the significance of doctors. Secondly, this essay will talk about the importance of visiting doctor then these alternative medicines.
Body Paragraph 1:
Doctor plays a vital role in saving the lives of individuals. There are a number of problems conditions that cannot be cured by home remedies. Thus, doctors are able to cure those problems. They are highly qualified in this medicine field. Doctors have much more experience and knowledge about disease then ordinary people. Doctors not only work with skill but they also know the chemical reactions of human body as well as medicines. For example, study was conducted by University of California in 2020 which stated that about 50% to 70% serious condition are cured by doctors.

But nowadays, a growing number of individual with health problems started using alternative medicines. It somehow shows negative development. Moreover, people are not highly qualified to try such alternative medicines, as each component has its own cons. Still, many people prefer try alternative medicines then visiting there usual doctor. These alternative medicines may also negatively affect the patient and in some cases can even cause death. Thus, people should visit the usual doctor then trying these medicines. For example, a study was conducted by Oxford University in 2020 which stated that about 20% to 30 % deaths are caused due to the use of alternative medicines.

In the end this essay concluded that growing use of alternative medicines shows negative development. Therefore, it costs there lives and it may complicate the serious condition of the patient. Thus, treatment should be done by doctors only.
