Introductory Statement:
Satisfaction in life is very important for living a peaceful life. However, many people believe that it is more beneficial for individuals to be jobless. Instead of doing a job in which they do not feel happy. This essay agrees with the given notion. In the upcoming paragraphs, firstly this essay will discuss about the job satisfaction which is an important term. Secondly this essay is going to discuss about people’s relations with others.
Body Paragraph 1:
To commence with, each and every person wants to become successful in their life. For this they need a job in which they feel satisfied. As satisfaction plays an imperative role in every individual’s life. Moreover, it is good to be jobless as people may face several issues at workplace if they don’t do their desired job. Such as their productivity while doing work may decrease. Additionally, a person feels bored and unhappy if they do any kind of job just for earning money and not for learning any new kind of particular skill. As a result of which, they are unable to do their best at workplace. Which is also not good for the company’s growth. To exemplify, an article was published in The Tribune newspaper in 2021, from which it was found that majority of youngsters prefer to do only that type of jobs in which they feel satisfied.

Furthermore, another main point of this is the working environment. If the working environment is not according to the taste of individuals then they do not perform their tasks and duties properly. Also, their relations with other employees get spoiled. And it puts a bad impact on the individual’s mind due to which they may face stress. Ultimately, it becomes the reason owing to which their relations with their loved ones would not be strong. So, instead of working in some unsatisfied job where a person can also start his/her own business. Where they will be their own boss and work under their own conditions. A individual may live a happy lifestyle. For instance, a survey was conducted by WHO which stated that 75% individuals are mentally distressed because they are doing unsatisfied jobs.

In conclusion, this essay tends to follow that it is beneficial for people if they choose to be unemployed rather than having a unsatisfied career. An individual requires to do a particular job that they enjoy which is good for their overall development as they become successful in their life.
