Yes, it is true that in few regions of the world, old individuals are valued whereas in other customs and traditions, younger generation is preferred. This essay completely agrees with the above statement and shall elaborate the importance of experience and talent in different stages of life.

The individuals who turn old have a lot of experience in their life which helps them to attain a better position in the society.
