Human behavior is a beautiful basket which automatically gets filled by so many things. Like personal qualities that a person nurtures, qualification that he attains and experience that he gathers. It is often said that employers must emphasis on personal abilities rather than education and experience. This essay completely agrees with the above notion. Moreover, it insists that ethical behavior is more important for amplifying teamwork, and even very crucial for the overall progress of the organisation.
