Happiness and satisfaction plays a very crucial role in leading a better life. Since most of the individuals utilize most of their adulthood at work, satisfaction of Job is very essential for wellbeing of the person. The main factor which are responsible for it is friendly working atmosphere. Another factor is good salary packages and incentives. These expectations of job satisfaction are very much realistic for workers to live a happy life.
To start with the factors, friendly environment among the employees play a very vivid role which contributes to job satisfaction. The environment which is full of positivity and good energy motivates workers to learn and perform efficiently. Not only this, it provides them an opportunity to grow personally as well as professionally. In addition to this, Bonuses and good Salary Packages also motivates the workers to work more hard with full concentration. This ultimately helps the worker and the company he is working with, to flourish their business and fulfil the vision. To Exemplify, here the UNITED NATIONS REPORT of 2022 can be quoted which states that 52 Percent of Employees working at service sector find good environment and salary packages to be main contributions of job satisfaction.

As far as considering these expectations to be realistic, yes they are very important. They provide a platform to the workers to excel in their abilities and sustain a better life financially, socially and politically. Thus, they are able to fulfil their family needs. Finally, the ultimate goal of life which is to find happiness, gets accomplished if these considerations are taken care off. As Writer Partha Chatergee also wrote in ‘The Tribune’ Newspaper, “Job Satisfaction is the most important part of modern society and it must be considered realistic”.

To conclude, as the majority of the adults spend their time at job, satisfaction is very important for the overall wellbeing of them. Admittedly, the positive corporate (Office) environment uplifts the workers and good salaries motive them to perform better. But, this is only useful if these expectations are considered realistic which they are actually.
