General line – Usually, what people do is, they notice other’s habits and try to adapt that in order to brush up their personality. Today, I have got this privilege(chance) to unveil about a particular habit of my companion which I want to develop.

It is doing work out regularly, my friend is into this habit since last few years and it is actually beneficial. As he used to be victim of obesity earlier. But now he is quite fit, it all worked because he is habitual of going to gym.
Explain why you want to develop this habit?
Nowadays, I am getting over weighed because I don’t do any sort of physical activity. So I want to develop the same habit which my friend has had. Because it would help me to stay fit not solely(only) mentally but physically too. Even, scientifically it is proved that doing intense workout stimulates various chemicals in mind. Which may leave one feel happier and less anxious. Legit, this habit would become the cardinal(main) reason of my relaxation and happiness. Moreover, I would go for doing workout with my friend because he has profound(great) knowledge about the exercise and meal which is required for good muscle recovery. My that fitness freak friend went to other city. So as soon as he returns I would join gym and develop that habit.
