Why not, water is tremendously(very) imperative(important) for surviving. Be it for getting rid of skin pimples or to lose weight. It is scientifically approved that water helps us to boost the energy, so there is a big yes, we must drink ample water.
How often do you drink water?
Well, I try to drink 4 liters water on the daily basis. It helps me to stay hydrated, especially when I go to gym, at that time, I drink more water because does not let me get tired while doing intensive workout.
Do you drink from water bottled or from water machines?
To be honest, I tend to drink water via purifiers because it gives me water without chemicals which is not harmful for my body.
What kind of water do you like to drink?
From the ages, I prefer to drink room temperature water because extremely cold water can lead to fever and more than enough hot water can burn my taste buds.
