Talking about the details, Dual Carriage around the whole town would provide transportation for the residents. Who wish to pass through the city as the main road would only be left for pedestrians. Moreover, park is supposed to be reduced in size to provide space for the construction of new housing. Furthermore, bus station, shopping centre with parking along with new housing to the north of the main road would be constructed on the shops which are already over there.

However the untouched areas, School and housing which are located in the south of the city are left same in the proposed plan. Moreover, Shops to the south of the main road are also untouched which provide easy access to the housing near it.
