Introductory Statement:
Today’s generation want to migrate to abroad for higher education. In the past, students tend to study for university degree in their own country. But now, they have more options to study abroad. This essay will firstly discuss about the positive views about studying abroad. Secondly, it will discuss about negative aspect that effects own country due to increase in opportunity to study abroad.
Body Paragraph 1:
Nowadays, every student dreams about doing their degree in a prestigious and reputative university. This dream now fulfills by studying abroad. Students can apply for study visa for further study. Studying abroad gives individual an opportunity to be independent and self- supportive. They get to learn different culture traditions and language. Studying abroad helps students to increase their range of thoughts. They also get to develop their communication and social skill by studying abroad. For example, a survey was conducted by Delhi University in 2019 which states that about 20% to 25% students went to study abroad for higher education.
Body Paragraph 2:
Studying abroad had open doors for many opportunities for students. But, it had a negative effect on the country. If all young adult would adult would go for studying abroad there will be no students in the colleges of our country. Almost all students went to study abroad did not return back to their home country for jobs. This causes the scarcity of young employment in our nation. For better development, every country needs the support of young and talented students. But most of the teenagers prefer to settle in abroad after getting their college degree. This effects the economic growth of our country. For example, a survey was conducted by Mumbai University in 2019 which states that there was a sharp decrease in economic growth about 25% to 30% due to scarcity of young students.
Conclusion:
In the end it is concluded that having opportunity to study abroad had been beneficial for students who wants to go to abroad for higher education. But it somehow had negative impact on the economy of our country.
