Overview:

Overall, it is quite apparent that, there were more numbers of UK residents who visited abroad than the foreign visiting UK. And maximum number UK residents visited to the France and minimum to the Turkey.

Moving to the details, in the line graph, the number of UK residents who visited abroad were nearly 12 million in the initial year. But it increased steadily to 20 million in the year of 1985. The number of UK visitors to abroad increased into 33 million in 1989. Then it increased gradually and reached approximately 53 million in 1999. However, the number of overseas residents visited UK were 10 million in 1979. The number increased to 20 million in 1989 and ended up at approximately 29 million in the 1999.
