In the forthcoming years people will stop buying printed newspapers or books as they will able to get everything to read online. This essay totally agrees with the given statement. In the following paragraphs this essay will firstly discuss that people do not have to buy hard books to read and secondly an updated content is available on the internet.
Body Paragraph 1:
To start with, nowadays every individual has an electronic gadget like mobile phones and tablets. And people tend to carry these things every time and everywhere with them. So e-books can be read anywhere at any time. People do not have to carry an extra hard copy of books and newspaper with them. E-books are convenient to carry everywhere. People can even have number of books downloaded in single device where as hard copy books can be heavier to carry. For example, a survey was conducted by NAAC in June 2022 according to which 40% of the University’s students prefer e-books over paper books as they are easier to carry.
Body Paragraph 2:
Moreover, there are many books are not available world wide and they even cost more due to the lack of availability. Whereas, e-books are available worldwide. There are many books on the internet which are available for free of cost. Which gives an easy access to students all over the world. The content on the e-books keeps getting updated with time. So that readers can get latest knowledge of any content for example, an article was published by the ‘The Times Now ‘newspaper in July 2021 according to which 60% of the readers prefer e-books and e-newspaper for their updated and latest content.

To conclude this essay, people prefer e-books and e-newspapers as they are easier to carry all over. No extra hard copy is required. Moreover, e-books have an updated and latest content. And many e-books are even available for the free on internet.
