Sports has been part of Homo-sapiens life since the dawn of earth. It is said that famous occasions like the world cup of football and other global sporting tournaments are vital in reducing tensions at worldwide level and expressing patriotism in a secure way. This essay intends to fully agree upon the above stated notion. Whereby it professes that it is the best way to avoid war. And create a better world for all by participating at the world games in a friendly manner.

Considering it further and the lessons we have learnt from history, one can conclude that nobody wants bloodshed of war. It’s the scenario where the world has been numerous battles and conflicts which has lead to huge losses. Sports as an event is the ultimate way to minimize tensions at the national level. It gives an opportunity to each and every country to come on a single platform. So that they can understand the essence of friendship through the spirit of games. Here, the example of Uganda and Wakanda can be stated where the rivalry between them reduced when both the countries participated in Persian Olympics of 1960.

Moreover, sports competitions at the international level are even best in expressing the sense of patriotism positively. Which otherwise would lead to bitterness among the countries.
