Evolution is combination of experience and inborn abilities. According to studies, abilities with which individuals are born with have major influence on our persona and development. These abilities are more impactive than any other experiences that we might imbibe in our life span. This essay intends to consider experience as the major influence whereby it is the backbone of a person’s personality and even it amplifies the inborn abilities as well.

Enlightening about it, growth of a person’s personality is a ongoing process. It starts with the birth of the child and goes till end. This process encounters various situations which acts as a tutor for a person, thus nurtures the overall persona. When questioned about the major influence on the development and the personality, 90 percent of them considered experience as an important component of their life and persona.
