Describe a story or novel that was particularly interesting to you.
General line – As being a bibliophile(book lover), I have read infinite storybooks in my life because it hones(sharpens) my knowledge. Today, I have got this privilege(chance) to unveil(reveal) about a particular story which is quite engrossing(interesting) to me.
What story it was?
The story that I have read was all about a police officer whose family background was not wealthy, yet he was willing to do anything to fulfill his aspirations(desires). In the beginning the story was like one hardworking person has curiosity to be a police officer because it was his father’s dream. So, he practiced around 3 years in the playground and worked at a shop simultaneously(at the same time). At the day of recruitment, he got rejected by the senior police officer. And they laughed at him due to his appearance. In the next season of joining he went again for the selection of police man and luckily he got selected for superior post. Now the suspense begins the police officers who made a joke of him, they were feeling ashamed when he came in front of them as their senior but instead of making them feel ashamed he bluntly said don’t judge a book by its cover. Truly, this story gave me a next level boost to do something in my life and whenever I feel miserable(depressed) I invariably(always) read that story.
Where you came to know about it?
As I have memory like an elephant, so I conspicuously(clearly) remember, a few months ago, I was going by bus to Kedarnath, at that time I was getting too much bored. And one man had a lot of books, so I requested
him to give me one for reading. In this way I got to know about that story.
