To begin with, in the year 1980, the USA highly depend on petrol and oil for energy and the USA used 35 quadrillion units of petrol and oil. After that there was a sharp rise in the consumption of petrol and oil, and it reached about 40 quadrillion units in the year 2005. Moreover, the estimation is that the consumption will increase to around 48 quadrillion units in the year 2030. Whereas, from the year 1985 to 1995 USA used the same proportion of about 4 quadrillion units of hydropower after that this amount will be decreased by about 2 quadrillion units in the year 2030.
