Introduction-
I think every person has experienced such a situation in which he/she had to make a complaint against something. I’m not exceptional. Here I am going to shed some light on the situation when I made a complaint.
What did you complained about?
I vividly remember that one month ago I purchased a product from Amazon and I had an issue with that. It was the mobile case, which I ordered for my mobile phone. Actually, I was very fascinated from the advertisement of that product. However, when I received the product it was not as same as shown in advertisement. Instead, it was very dull and even not fitted to my phone.
Who you complained to?
To complaint about it, I called the customer care services and explained my whole situation. Moreover, the staff was very co-coordinative and they listened to me carefully. Finally, they gave me a suitable solution.
When it happened?
When I found my product is worse, I quickly made a complaint. As, Amazon gives period time of one weak in which we can replace our product. So, I also want to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
What was the result and why you satisfied with the result?
Well, after listening to my entire problem calmly, the service staff made apologies for inconvenience. They also ensure that they will replace my product in three working days. All in all I was very happy for the outcomes that my problem has been solved by the staff.
